What is the mindset, skill set and toolset that CEOs are going to require to successfully lead their people and their organisations into the future?
My name is Jarrod McGrath, I’m the author of “The Digital Workforce” and the Founder of Smart WFM, a human capital management company. I’m currently working on my new book, “The Modern CEO”.
Through this book my aim is to understand and explain the mindset, skill set, and toolset that CEO’s are going to require to successfully lead their people and their organisations into the future.
To make this book the most practical and valuable that it can be, I would like to know your views on your organisation from a number of different perspectives. It’s important that in a book for “The Modern CEO” there needs to be direct and relevant information from those working within the organisations being led.
